    Lovely home but neglectful administration

I had a mixed experience. The home is beautiful, pet-friendly, country-like with a sunny deck, clean private rooms, affordable care and some truly caring staff (Lina and Nelson) - my mom improved, ate home-cooked meals, and we felt welcomed at first. But administration and some caregivers could be abusive or dismissive, strict rules and overcrowding felt jail-like, medical concerns were ignored (resulting in hospitalization), restroom facilities were inadequate, and activities were very limited. We removed my mom after six months despite appreciating the loving owners and some excellent staff.
