Excellent rehab, concerning staff behavior
I placed my mom at Richmond Post-Acute and overall the clinical team was excellent - compassionate nurses, attentive CNAs (Martha, Crystal), strong PT/OT and wound care that reduced pain, improved mobility and dignity, engaging activities (Deborah), clean remodeled facility, and staff who helped her go home. I did, however, witness troubling instances of dishonesty, denial of care and racial bias from some staff/management that made me wary. I'm grateful for the recovery and would recommend their rehab services, but stay involved and advocate for your loved one.
