I placed my mom here and she loves it - the place is clean, quiet and homey, with warm, professional, family-like staff, excellent care, very good food, and strong coordination with VA and hospice. Communication can be spotty and staff are sometimes hard to reach, but overall I'm very satisfied and highly recommend them.
