    Warm caring staff; resort-like amenities

I toured Silvergate Rancho Bernardo and placed a deposit - I have no regrets. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring; my loved one is active, engaged, and happier than I've seen in years. Food and entertainment are excellent, the new, resort-like grounds and amenities are beautiful and safe, and programming keeps residents stimulated. It's popular and expensive with a waiting list, and I've heard isolated communication/housekeeping hiccups, but overall this felt like the best choice.
