    Caring staff but limited medical

I appreciated the small, homey community - clean rooms, well-kept kitchen/bathrooms, good meals, and very caring, cheery staff and owners who communicated and accommodated visits. My mom was happy, clean, and well cared for (meds and onsite bloodwork handled, bedside feeding, hair/nails tended). However, it's tiny and seemed understaffed, lacked memory-care programming/training, and could not assist with insulin needs, so it wasn't suitable for our situation. We also left after a safety incident involving another resident's husband that required police. Overall loving staff and fair value, but limited for higher or specialized care.

    About Endless Care Facility

Endless Care Facility sits on Warwick Street in San Jacinto, California, and has served local seniors since 1989, providing board and care in a setting much like a family home, offering room for just six residents, which means people get a more personal level of care, and the staff, who often get praised for how kind and dedicated they are, pay close attention to everyone's needs, whether someone only needs a little help with bathing and meals or needs support all day due to memory issues like Alzheimer's or dementia. The house feels safe, with security gates and private outdoor areas where folks can walk or sit, and each room, whether private or semi-private, is always neat, cleaned by staff, and usually comes with a bathroom, furniture, air-conditioning, cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, and even kitchenettes for a little more independence, and because there are only a handful of residents, daily routines like meals and activities get shaped to fit what each person wants-residents can eat in the dining room, ask for room service, or get a diabetic, vegetarian, or kosher meal if they need it, and sometimes staff help serve meals beside someone's bed if they can't get up. Everyone gets help with daily tasks when they need it, including bathing, dressing, transfers, medication, diabetes care, and help with memory or behavioral challenges, with 24-hour supervision and medical support, and the staff help with bill paying, appointment advocacy, or even power of attorney when families need it. Endless Care Facility encourages everyone who's able to join group activities, from movie nights and gardening to cooking clubs and talks from educational speakers, all designed to keep people social and active, and the outdoor garden, walking paths, and movie nights help make everyone feel welcome, even if English isn't their first language because there's support in both English and Spanish. The care team helps with medical transportation, arranges regular doctor's appointments, and keeps the environment clean and homey, while families who need a short break can use respite care. Residents can enjoy their privacy, use communal spaces like the dining room and TV room, or join in structured programs that focus on health, learning, and friendships, and even with all these services, the house keeps a sense of calm, connection, and dignity, run quietly with attention to each person's comfort, dignity, and independence. Each facility holds a license for only six seniors, which gives it the feeling of a tight-knit community, with every person known by name and cared for in a way that's meant to feel like home.
