Incompetent discriminatory staff destroyed trust
I appreciated the clean, pleasant facility and generally friendly, thoughtful staff. However, I experienced staff incompetence - an improper release and alleged misdiagnosis by non-medical personnel - felt racially discriminated against, was labeled "paranoid schizophrenic" despite using a cane and having back pain, faced the prospect of homelessness, and even had demands that I be fired; those issues destroyed my trust.
