    Professional staff but lacked warmth

    I toured the facility and the staff were professional, warm and accommodating; the place felt clean, bright, peaceful and had activities. Still, it came off like a sales pitch and a bit dingy in spots, my mom couldn't join, and I didn't feel any love for the residence—so we won't be going back.
