    About Peninsula Senior Living Magnolia

Peninsula Senior Living Magnolia offers a small community for up to 30 residents, giving folks the choice of studio, single, or two-bedroom apartments, and some even come with kitchenettes so people can have a bit more independence. The place has both assisted living and memory care, along with independent living and companion care. Staff is on-site all day and night to help with things like bathing, dressing, handling medicine-even injections-and they've got call buttons in case anything happens and you need help fast. Nurses and care assistants know how to work with people who have dementia or Alzheimer's, and everyone starts with a personal care plan so the help fits what each person needs.

There's a real mix of activities here, too. People can join arts and crafts, educational programs, movie nights, community events, and offsite trips if they want to get out. The dining room serves up one or two meals a day with a set menu, and they'll make meals for folks with food allergies or diabetes. Housekeeping comes regularly, laundry and even dry cleaning get done, and there are laundry machines on site if someone needs them. People get to spend time in community rooms, lounges, and the garden, and the salon/barbershop helps everyone feel put together.

Safety's a focus with medical alert systems, home security features, emergency alarms, handrails, and handicap access throughout the building. Amenities like WiFi, cable TV, and guest parking are there, plus help with transportation for doctor's visits or errands. Peninsula Senior Living Magnolia is fully licensed, has no substantiated complaints or state citations, and the last state visit happened in early 2022. The privacy policy keeps everyone's information safe. Staff cares about residents' independence but makes sure there's help with all the basics, so folks can enjoy their own space, have friends around, and live with dignity.
