    I live here and couldn't be happier: modern, inviting, and spotlessly clean with top-notch amenities - a pristine pool, luxurious spa and relaxing sauna, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The staff are exceptionally caring and accommodating; easily the best facility in LA.

    Found an unannounced one-year required visit conducted at a residence within a compound, observing five resident rooms (four private, one shared), three bathrooms, a sprinkler system, hardwired interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a recently purchased kitchen fire extinguisher. Reviewed disaster drill records showing the last drill occurred on 04/11/25, medications stored in another building and kept locked, resident and staff records current, required postings displayed, and the pool area fenced and locked.

    Found the site had a single gate entrance with entry screening and an approved mitigation and infection plan on file, serving six non-ambulatory residents (five private bedrooms plus one shared) with a hospice waiver for six. Observed well-kept living/dining areas, hardwired interconnected smoke/CO alarms, sprinkler system, and a kitchen extinguisher last updated 03/26/25; medications stored securely in another building, adequate food supplies (two days perishables, seven days non-perishables), locked knives, clean linens, complete resident and staff records, a disaster drill conducted on 01/10/25, and required postings visible.
