    Friendly staff rundown overcrowding concerns

I liked the staff — Maria was very friendly — and the rooms are a good size at a reasonable price. But the house felt run down: ceiling and wall damage, peeling paint, and generally unkempt, with two people per room. I'm worried because I heard their previous facility (run by the same team) was shut down over staffing/overcrowding issues and this place may be at risk of closure.
