    Lovely grounds, but inconsistent care

I chose this facility for its brand-new, spotless, home-like rooms, lovely grounds and park, fresh meals, active calendar and warm, often family-like staff - my mom is happier here. That said, I've seen troubling lapses in personal care (infrequent bathing, unclean sheets, residents left in front of the TV), some staff behavior and management issues that made me uneasy, and there's no memory-care program. Overall attractive and comfortable, but watch care quality closely.
