    I received exceptional, detail-oriented care in a welcoming, thriving community led by outstanding, passionate leadership and a dedicated, expert, supportive staff. I've heard isolated negative comments ("lo peor", "no lo recomendaría", "nada bueno"), but my experience was overwhelmingly positive.
