Bright home-like place, staffing inconsistent
I stayed here and found a bright, home-like place with lovely patios/courtyard, private rooms, nutritious food, lots of activities, and generally kind, professional staff (special shout-out to Lori and Maricel); fees felt reasonable and the medical support can be excellent. That said, staffing and communication are inconsistent - I experienced slow responses, medication delays/errors and ignored call bells at times, and COVID lockdowns disrupted services - so I'd recommend it for value and atmosphere but advise confirming current staffing and med-management practices first.
