    Caring staff, clean home, excellent

I'm so grateful to Bridge View - the staff were caring, helpful, and provided personalized, wonderful care that made everything easier for me and my family. The home is clean, well-maintained, welcoming to visitors, and the food is excellent; the relaxing front porch and backyard are lovely. They have a good relationship with Hospice, ownership and staff are great, and I highly recommend them.

    About Bridge View Senior Living

Bridge View Senior Living in Walnut Creek, California, has a 6-bed residence that feels very much like a home, and it's run by Dr. Jing Costello, who has a background in Psychology focused on Cognitive Aging, so the care matches what older adults might need as they age, and you'll notice that they have rooms with comfort in mind, like master bedroom suites and a nice, clean kitchen where meals get made every day, and there's the "Camellia Garden" feature, which means residents can enjoy outdoor spaces, gardens, and places to walk, so people can stay active or relax in nature as they like. The community offers various levels of support, ranging from independent living where people do things mostly on their own with maintenance and social activities provided, to assisted living, memory care with 24-hour support and secure settings for people with dementia, and skilled nursing for those who need rehabilitation, wound care, or more medical help every day, and they also provide respite care if family caregivers need a break for a bit. Staff help with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, meals, medication, transfers, incontinence care, diabetes care, and all kinds of personal support, offering as much or as little help as needed while trying to foster both dignity and independence for each person. There's always 24-hour supervision, plus housekeeping, linen service, and organized activities like movie nights, community events, regular entertainment, and a library to support mental well-being, and you'll see that everything's put together to support a warm, vibrant, and family-like environment where each resident's routine and preferences matter. Special program names and features, including Camellia Garden, create a bit of uniqueness for the place, while the licensed capacity keeps the setting small and personal, and the facility is licensed by the State of California to help give families peace of mind. Reviews from residents and families generally show satisfaction, and there's also a free placement service to help families understand all senior care options. Bridge View Senior Living aims to meet seniors' different needs in a homelike setting, balancing comfort, health, and social involvement every day.
