    Clean, caring, affordable but understaffed

I found the facility clean, home-like, affordable, and staffed by caring, attentive, knowledgeable people - furnished rooms, good communication, activities, and timely meals made it feel like family. However, chronic understaffing (especially nights), reports of falls/skin tears, and management prioritizing costs over timely medical calls are serious safety concerns. I generally recommend it for the warm care and value, but only after confirming current staffing and medical responsiveness.
