    Caring staff, but dirty facilities

I appreciated the warm, family-like staff - they were caring, attentive, organized with activities, and my mom seemed happier and well cared for, which gave me real peace of mind. But the place felt dated, stuffy and cluttered; bathrooms were very small, dirty with mold and overflowing trash, not handicap-accessible, and staff often seemed rushed or unavailable. With those cleanliness, accessibility, and coordination issues (and at about $3,500/mo) it wasn't the right fit for my mother.
