    Compassionate care but costly fees

My mom lived here and I'm grateful for the warm, respectful, hard-working caregivers - compassionate, attentive to late-stage Alzheimer's, quick to resolve issues and kept the home very clean and organized. There are nice activities (karaoke, dance, PT) and good food, though group activities don't do much for residents with severe dementia. My main downsides: rude accounting, high/extra fees and availability concerns - excellent care but be prepared for steep costs.
