    Cozy, affordable but safety concerns

I found the staff loving, caring and welcoming - the home felt clean, cozy and family-like, with affordable pricing, good food, and some lovely, well-maintained rooms (Monica was especially accommodating). However, management/ownership issues, accessibility problems (stairs, stair-lift concerns), small/dorm-style rooms in places and reports of money disputes, theft/abuse made it a poor fit for anyone with higher care needs. I'd recommend it for low-need residents who want a budget-friendly, homey place, but advise careful vetting of management and room options.
