Beautiful well kept facility caring
I loved this place - it's a beautiful, well-kept facility with fresh smells, attractive grounds, clean common areas, great meals, strong rehab/therapy, and engaging activities and outings. The staff were mostly kind, caring, knowledgeable and hardworking; nurses and aides were generally responsive and administration was helpful. I did notice occasional lapses - some rooms smelled of urine or had unclean sheets/bedside toilets, floors not always spotless, and there were times nurses were slow to respond or a few staff seemed rushed or rude. Overall I would still recommend it for compassionate care, good rehab, and an active community.
