Unsafe, poorly maintained senior housing
I moved in despite confusion about the seniors-only policy (I'm 47 on SSI) and wish I hadn't. The building is poorly maintained - mice, bedbugs, doors left unlocked, nonworking dryers, extreme heat/no AC, and long repair wait times with understaffed, non-responsive maintenance. Management can be rude and intimidating, tenants report threats and harassment, there's loud music and moody residents, and a city inspection is pending; I don't feel safe here. A few staff are friendly and the food/service can be good, but overall I would not recommend living here.
