Welcoming riverfront community with caveats
I live here and love the downtown riverfront location and trail access. The staff and management are warm, caring, and efficient, the facility is small, clean, and well-maintained, and residents are welcoming. My apartment is modest with a kitchenette (no stove) - fine but not impressive - and there are lots of activities and exercise options, though participation can be low. Meals aren't included and feel cafeteria-style (snack bar evenings); supportive care spots are limited with a waiting list, but overall costs are reasonable thanks to subsidies.
