    Payroll errors and unresponsive management

I work here and have had major payroll problems: my account number was entered incorrectly, the deposit never posted, and I still don't have a paycheck. Management promised a reissue but staff have been unprofessional and unresponsive-calls go unanswered and I had to demand a shutdown to get information. There's a clear lack of transparency; I can't recommend this place.

They provide different types of care including residential care, assisted living, board and care homes, and memory care for seniors with dementia or Alzheimer's, and in their skilled nursing and rehabilitation areas, they offer wound care, nursing support, and round-the-clock medical oversight for people with complex needs. They've built in resort-style amenities, social activities for independent living, and special memory-enhancing activities and secure settings for those who need extra help, and people can age in place through their continuing care retirement community model, which means moving from independent living to higher levels of care as needs change, and they have optional support services too, so people can get help when they want it. Community Alliance is known for orthopaedic care, focusing on sports medicine, knee and hip replacements, kyphoplasty, and specialized treatment for hand conditions, and their team includes expert orthopaedic surgeons, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners that handle everything from surgery for injuries to care for musculoskeletal diseases and joint problems. Amenities suit many different needs, with programs and services using their own names under the Community Alliance brand, all aiming to engage residents and support each person's health and lifestyle, and they also offer fiscal intermediary services and supported living services, plus regulatory planning and reports to help manage care and compliance. Overall, Community Alliance brings together wellness programs, specialized care, housing options, and a focus on community engagement, aiming to make life safer, healthier, and more comfortable for seniors and those needing support.
