    Comfortable facility, inconsistent and pricey

I have mixed feelings. The apartments, grounds, chapel and some private rooms are comfortable and well kept, and several CNAs and aides have been wonderfully caring. But care quality is wildly inconsistent - nursing and administration can be unresponsive, rude or neglectful; I've seen residents ignored, belongings go missing, and visiting family treated poorly. Meals, rooms and therapy vary from excellent to hospital-like, and the place is pricey for that inconsistency. Visit repeatedly and ask direct questions before deciding.
