    Good rehab, but unsafe care

I have deeply mixed feelings. The therapists, Michelle, and many compassionate, hardworking staff provided excellent rehab (I'm walking again), kind care, beautiful views, and moments of real gratitude and peace of mind. But chronic understaffing, management instability, poor responsiveness, hygiene neglect (flies, dirty commode, missed baths), delayed meds, and even staff misconduct (including racist slurs) forced appeals, delayed therapy for days, and ultimately involvement of my insurer. There were some positive leadership changes, but inconsistent care and serious safety/hygiene issues mean I can't fully recommend it.
