Warm staff, clean facility, reservations
I toured and placed a family member here - the staff are warm, knowledgeable and hardworking, the building is very clean with beautiful grounds, lots of activities, and solid therapy/medical support. Rooms tend to be small (some without private baths) and pricing is on the high side, though larger two-bed options exist. Dining and food quality were mixed, and I saw occasional front-desk/communication and staffing gaps and a few unprofessional memory-care interactions. Overall I felt my loved one was cared for and would recommend visiting and confirming room size, memory-care staff, and costs before deciding.
