    Unclean, understaffed, inconsistent care, overpriced

I toured and moved a loved one here because the grounds, dining room and location are nice and some staff (desk, a couple caregivers and the kitchen team) were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately cleanliness was a major problem - stained/filthy carpet, dirty bathrooms and rooms, dusty/outdated furniture, poor linens, and even reports of bedbugs. Care was inconsistent and understaffed (weekends worse), meds were handled poorly once and communication from administration was often absent; that error led to an ER visit and we ultimately removed our family member. Food looked fine but was often cold and highly processed, and many meals ended up being eaten in rooms. Management was unresponsive overall, and the price felt too high for the level of care and cleanliness. I can praise a few kind staff, but I would not recommend this facility for someone with higher care needs.
