    Clean, caring staff, inconsistent administration

I live/placed a loved one here and found the facility generally clean, safe, with good food, a large common room, generous phone/visiting access, and many staff who are friendly and attentive. Rooms are small and can be cluttered, memory-care amenities are limited, and activities are mediocre. My experience was marred by inconsistent staff - some excellent, others unprofessional - resulting in missed meds/appointments, lost laundry, poor communication, and lax management. I appreciate the caring caregivers but remain disappointed by administrative failures and would urge caution.
