    Understaffed, unclean, unsafe, unprofessional facility

I placed my aunt here and am very disappointed - it used to be decent but has gone downhill: understaffed, rude front-office, and unprofessional nurses/CNAs. Basic needs are often missed - limited baths, unwashed hair, urine odor, laundry backlogs with soaked linens, and residents left in bed or soiled. Cleanliness and safety are alarming - roaches/ants, bruises, falls, slow call-bell/transport response, missed meds and poor catheter handling; communication between shifts is spotty and management dismissive. A few staff and the therapy/amenities can be good, but overall I do not recommend this facility and am relocating my aunt.
