    Caring staff unsafe filthy facility

I appreciated the memory-care staff - many were warm, attentive, professional, and the director/MCM seemed knowledgeable; they helped with appointments and followed COVID precautions. That said, the facility felt small, cramped and hospital-like with shabby renovations, foul odors and filthy areas. My biggest concerns were inconsistent care and safety: terrible/undercooked food, soiled incidents and missing clothes, bruises and bed-rail/fall-prevention issues, poor communication (we were unable to see or contact my relative for weeks) and staff unavailability. Despite some compassionate employees, the cleanliness, safety and communication lapses mean I cannot recommend this facility.
