    Caring staff, unsafe management, moved

I have mixed feelings: many direct caregivers were kind, compassionate, and did excellent dementia care in bright, activity-filled areas, and some rooms were clean and home-like. But management was often unprofessional and unaccountable-staffing was inconsistent, after-hours unresponsive, and I witnessed safety and hygiene lapses (missing items, bruising/photo incident, medication/feeding neglect, mold/filth reports). Because of those risks I moved my loved one and saw clear improvement elsewhere. I can appreciate the caring staff, but I would not trust this facility without major changes.
