    Warm attentive staff, clean community

I placed my parent here and I'm very glad we did - the staff are amazing: kind, helpful, professional and genuinely caring, and the building is clean, bright and homier than clinical. Rooms are pleasant (some small) and the location is convenient; activities (bingo, crafts, piano, outings) keep residents engaged though offerings can be limited at times. Food gets mixed reviews (from really good to bland/overcooked) and there have been occasional admin/charge issues and understaffing concerns, so factor that into cost expectations. Overall I'm satisfied and would recommend it for a warm, well-kept small community with attentive staff.
