Charming building with serious drawbacks
I live in a beautifully renovated, very clean historic schoolhouse turned retirement home - updated apartments, affordable, and full of charm with 24-hour security. That said, thin walls, noisy pets, frequent weed odor, and even drive-by shootings make me uneasy. Parking is terrible (flooded lower lot, cars on the grass, towing threats). Overall I love the building and value but safety, noise, and parking are ongoing problems.
