    Caring staff troubling management issues

I had mixed experiences. The community is attractive, often clean, rooms come furnished with kitchenettes, activities and outings are frequent, and many frontline staff are caring and go above and beyond. But leadership and administration are seriously lacking - high turnover, short staffing, poor communication (no returned calls), access/doorbell problems, equipment failures, pest/cleaning issues, delayed meds and safety incidents. Bottom line: great caregivers and a lovely campus on paper, but managerial failures make me hesitant to recommend it until staffing, safety, and administration improve.
