    Warm caregivers but management unreliable

I'm torn - the caregiving staff are warm, professional, and know residents by name (Annie, Megan and Brittany stood out), the place feels neat and home-like, rooms are decent, there's an on-site salon, Medicaid/meds/doctor visits available and activities are offered. That said, management and staffing are inconsistent - I saw delayed health checks, missed follow-ups, safety incidents and spotty housekeeping/activities; food and some room care were hit-or-miss. I'm grateful for compassionate caregivers but would caution others because serious management and staffing problems put residents at risk.
