Hospice promised but not delivered
Beautiful setting and cozy single room with a private bath, engaging piano/church activities, good staff (psychologists, administrators, activity directors) and no complaints about the food. Nursing staff were warm, attentive and hands-on — I’d recommend them for routine care. However, hospice was promised but not provided: my mother spent her last two weeks in pain and my aunt was hospitalized for dehydration, so we will not be returning.
