Somerset Court of Mocksville offers housing and care for seniors starting at age 55, and they provide different room options like studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and semi-private spaces, and folks living there can pay in many ways like private pay, social security, veteran's benefits, commercial insurance, and they have separate prices for care as well as fees for moving in, short stays, and for people who need medium levels of care, and there are meals included, indoor common areas for gathering, plus outdoor spaces and a club room for spending time with others or having activities, and they offer devotional services offsite if residents want them. Somerset Court also helps people who need more support, including those with diabetes-they'll help monitor blood sugar, even though they're not able to give insulin shots-and they offer standby help when residents need to move from beds to wheelchairs, which can be important for those who don't walk on their own, and their staff stays awake all night to keep everyone safe in case there's an emergency at any hour. People who have bigger care needs or need memory care for things like Alzheimer's and other types of dementia can find dedicated programs and secure areas meant to reduce confusion and wandering, and the community is known for friendly, helpful staff and a clean, neat living space that promotes safety and comfort for everyone. Residents living at Somerset Court get chef-prepared meals, help with bathing, dressing, and taking their medicine when they need it, and there's a focus on giving personal help to every person, including social and activity programs designed for both physical movement and mental stimulation, and there's a good range of activities-some folks say these activities go above what you might normally find elsewhere. For those who need extra medical support, Somerset Court features skilled nursing services and choices for those wanting therapy or rehabilitation, so families can find short or long-term help as needed, and the place also offers respite care for temporary stays. The community encourages seniors to stay independent as much as possible, and they provide both resources and tools for making care plans, and families can look at a photo gallery to get a sense of the living spaces and the day-to-day environment before making decisions. Somerset Court of Mocksville has received recognition for strong care and a friendly environment, but there's no extra information available right now because there's been a server error with their records.

Kind staff clean safe engaging
I'm very happy with this assisted-living - the staff are kind, caring and professional, leadership is strong, and the Activities Director keeps residents busy with fun, inclusive events. The facility is extremely clean and well-kept, meals are excellent, and it feels safe and like a home. I'd highly recommend it, though responsiveness and medication/communication could be improved.
