Good activities, but unsafe care
I had a loved one at this facility and the activities are genuinely good - an excellent activity director, cards/UNO/dominoes/bingo, church services, and a warm, family-like vibe from some staff. That said, it's seriously understaffed and many caregivers are poorly trained or rude; memory-care residents are often unstimulated and left watching TV all day. I experienced awful communication, spiteful administration that ignores concerns, unsanitary moments (vomit on clothes, rusted chairs, weeds in planters), and a failed medical response that resulted in a death. Food is frozen/pre-processed with one diet for all and no restaurant-style options; overall poor value for the price despite easy availability. I can only recommend for specific activity offerings - otherwise I would not trust them with vulnerable residents.
