Caring staff, issues with cleanliness
I placed my mom here because the staff are genuinely caring, professional and attentive, the place feels warm and home-like, and there are lots of activities and generally good food. That said, I observed cleanliness and dining problems (meals delivered in Styrofoam, dirty dining room/floor, occasional urine odor), very small rooms/lack of privacy, and spotty communication from staff. Overall good for seniors who need hands-on care and social programming, but expect to advocate on cleanliness, maintenance, and costs.
