Neglect, poor communication, safety concerns
I placed a loved one here and have mixed feelings. The activities (music, singing, dancing) and some staff encouraged hygiene - my relative often seemed happy and I'm grateful to a few employees. But communication and responsiveness are awful: calls go on hold, staff have hung up on me, refused to connect me to my relative, and management is hard to reach. I've seen unhelpful, neglectful behavior, safety concerns, unexplained weight/food issues, and even clothing that appeared to belong to others; there are also troubling reports about ownership/name changes, partial payments, alleged embezzlement and Social Security inquiries, and a relative reportedly moved or missing. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this facility.
