    Clean, affordable, but care unsafe

I moved my mom in because the place is clean, affordable, convenient, and many staff were friendly - rooms felt like home, activities and food were decent at times. Unfortunately care is inconsistent: I've seen unprofessional or even abusive behavior, medication mismanagement (including poor insulin/blood-sugar checks), night disturbances, door/access and billing problems, slow responses and understaffing after corporate changes. Some staff and management are excellent, but serious safety and oversight issues need immediate fix.
