    Caring staff, clean home, recommended

I moved my mom to Campbell Place and overall I'm very happy. The staff are genuinely caring and go above and beyond - the community is clean, bright and home-like with engaging activities (games, puzzles, outings), mostly good meals, and helpful, responsive staff who made move-in easy. Note: there can be staff turnover/temporary staffing and occasional coordination or safety hiccups, and it isn't suited for advanced dementia, but for us it's a warm, safe place I'd recommend.

    About Campbell Place

Campbell Place offers seniors a place with lush landscaped courtyards that have manicured shrubs, paved walkways, and covered patio areas where you can take in the outdoors or enjoy a bit of sun and fresh air, and they've got private rooms with single beds, armchairs, windows to let in natural light, personal decorations, and climate control to help folks feel at home, plus private apartments equipped with kitchenettes that have oak cabinets, mini-fridges, microwaves, and sinks for a bit of independence. There's a salon area with hair dryers, styling chairs, and mirrors, so haircuts and grooming are easy to manage without needing to leave, and a fitness center with elliptical machines, a recumbent bike, and even a memorabilia display for those who like to remember old times during workouts. Activities fill the calendar thanks to a dedicated activity room with tables for puzzles or games, a kitchenette, and organized shelving for supplies, and meals happen in the inviting dining room with warm décor and chandeliers or through restaurant-style dining if you prefer that kind of setup.

Campbell Place has common areas with comfortable seating, a big TV, and a fireplace for quiet evenings or group events, and the reception area always has staff at the front desk to help folks out as they come and go, while transportation services and resident parking make trips outside simple and reliable. The place offers different types of care like independent living, assisted living, nursing and rehab, adult day care, memory care, home health, hospice, skill nursing, and respite care, and they keep things pet-friendly so most people can bring a furry friend along for company, while wheelchair accessible showers, full tubs, housekeeping, and laundry services cover daily needs. They've got short-term stays for those needing some extra help for a short while, specialized support for folks with intellectual disabilities or dementia, and a Military Veterans Program to make sure veterans get the resources they need.

The apartments come in different sizes like studios, one-bedrooms, and luxury options, all with carpeting, plenty of storage, heating and air conditioning, and window treatments, plus you can decorate to feel at home. There's an outdoor patio garden, plenty of green space for relaxing or socializing, and a cinema room for movies or a TV lounge for gathering with neighbors. Meals are available for residents and their guests, and folks can join devotional services for spiritual support. Campbell Place keeps everyone as independent as possible by offering help with daily tasks, and they can help arrange home health, therapy, and medical needs, with a registered nurse around the clock for health issues or coordination.

There are daily activities like card and board games, bingo, tai chi, crafts, outings for shopping and dining, and both onsite and offsite events so everyone has a chance to find something enjoyable or meaningful. Individual care plans help each person get the support that's right for them, and the staff helps balance privacy with any assistance required, so seniors can age in place or adjust care as things change. The overall feeling stays home-like, with spaces set up for comfort, safety, and easy socialization among friends and neighbors.
