Clean, caring community with caveats
I'm a resident and overall pleased - the place is clean, cheerful and well-kept, staff are friendly and caring, and there are plenty of activities and transportation options. My apartment is roomy (one-bed/studio choices) with a kitchenette/patio, pet-friendly policies, good dining most days, and Medicaid is accepted so value can be better than alternatives. Caveats: there have been occasional med/timing issues, some safety/fall and maintenance concerns, and extra fees - check contracts and oversight carefully. Overall I feel safe and would recommend a tour if you want an active, caring community.
