Vista Springs Quail Highlands provides many kinds of care, including Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Nursing Home services, Catered Living, Rehabilitation, and Home Care, and they try to let most people age in place after regular care assessments, but you should know respite stays aren't available right now because of limited space, and people get personal care plans that change if needs change, and there are routine care meetings where staff listen to concerns and help families stay up to date with an engagement app, phone calls, and email updates, which makes it easier if questions pop up or if something needs fixing because they have a system for handling complaints, which may have different responses based on the issue, and all residents see staff trained in their jobs, with a Registered Nurse, LPNs, Chefs, Life Experience Team, Culinary Concierge, Housekeepers, and others working together, and you'll find three open dining hours daily for more flexibility, weekly menus with several choices and substitutions, and nutrition support for anyone who needs diets like diabetic, low salt, vegetarian, kosher, or low fat-plus fresh fruits and veggies every night at hydration stations in the bistro, and the Culinary Team serves guest meals for visitors, and there's plenty of parking, Wi-Fi in the rooms and even the parking lot, cable TV in common areas, shopping and transportation for activities or medical visits on certain days, plus a free Wellness Assessment before moving in that makes transitions smoother by gathering paperwork and personal preferences, and folks with dementia or Alzheimer's can get Memory Care in an environment that aims to lower confusion and keep daily life as steady as possible, and if anyone needs incontinence or non-ambulatory care, that's available too, and flu, COVID-19, pneumonia, and RSV vaccines are offered during scheduled clinics which helps keep sickness down, and the whole place goes for a luxury-retirement resort atmosphere, with layouts that make it feel open and calm, quiet hallways, fine art architecture inspired by Concord Township heritage, and a focus on health and community, and if someone's got a pet, they're welcome, which is good for companionship, and there are activities like art lessons, music, crafts, massage therapy, games, field trips, a live theater, dining events, and a Creative Arts Center-plus plenty of outdoor spaces, a hot tub spa, and gardens for horticultural activities if you like being outside, and regular wellness and fitness programs happen, with companion care, hospice, medication reminders, salon services, therapies like occupational and physical rehabilitation, and religious services for spiritual needs, and one- and two-bedroom apartments with private bathrooms and kitchenettes are available, along with communal dining spots and quiet places to sit, and staff help people get used to the place, which helps folks settle in, and there's a $2,500 entry fee, housekeeping for laundry and linens, private cleaning if needed, and all-inclusive rent options, so you don't get surprised by costs, and guest parking makes visits easier, and the whole building aims to be accessible for people with disabilities, and though there's no way to say what daily life looks like for everyone, the focus stays on giving support beyond the basic care so people can have social lives, good meals, and activities that keep them engaged.

Warm compassionate staff, beautiful community
I moved my mom here and I'm very pleased - the staff are warm, compassionate and knowledgeable, nursing and aides are top-notch, and front desk (Alexis) was especially helpful. The community is beautiful, spotless, well-maintained with great food, many activities, on-site therapy and comfortable rooms with kitchenettes, giving our family real peace of mind. A small caveat: we've seen occasional slow response times, so check staffing, but overall the caring, professional team makes this a first-class choice and I highly recommend it.
