You'll find certified beds for 99 folks and on average about 85 residents each day, with private and semi-private rooms available, Medicaid Waiver studio apartments, and assisted living with studio and one-bedroom apartments depending on what a person might want or need. There's a big focus on safety and comfort with things like a sprinkler system, safety features, and secured memory care units, and everyone can use washers, dryers, Wi-Fi, or just sit down for a meal three times a day, with snacks too. Their Monarch Memory Care program for people living with Alzheimer's and similar problems uses practices from the Alzheimer's Association and centers care around each person's needs, while also working to keep everyone as active and connected in a safe setting as possible, and there's even a secured unit for memory care. The community provides lots of activities-arts and crafts, social programs, education, games, and a fitness center, plus there's a beauty salon and barber shop if you want that, and guests can even park when visiting, and flexible meal plans go along with a dining room.
Siena Woods connects with St. Matthews Care Center, works as part of Exceptional Living Centers and under the managerial care of Walter Watts since February 2023 with Taylor Shaw serving as the executive director, and the facility links to Lexington Health Management as well.
