    Kind staff, serious systemic problems

I had a mixed experience. Many staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely caring - therapy and some nurses/aides (Ginger, the Double D STNA team, PTs Sam/Kate/Nate) helped my loved one make real progress and felt like family. But care was inconsistent: understaffing, hygiene and safety lapses (soiled residents, missing bed rails, falls), medication/lab delays, unhelpful administration, and belongings mishandled or missing. Kind people, but serious systemic problems - proceed with caution.
