    Nice independent living, poor care

I had a mixed experience. The independent-living cottages, meals, activities, transportation and grounds are nice - my mom was comfortable and staff were often kind and helpful. But management was confusing, there's frequent staff turnover, poor phone response and billing problems, and I saw cleanliness lapses (unclean carpet, dirty utensils, even used diapers) plus a difficult layout and long walks to dining. I'd recommend it for independent living only; for assisted/memory care I would look at other options in Grants Pass.
