    Caring staff but poor management

I had a mixed, ultimately disappointing experience. The frontline staff were often warm, caring, and engaging, the place can feel home-like with good activities, a pleasant patio and sometimes nice meals - but chronic understaffing and poor management undermined care. Administration was slow or unreachable, billing and deposit disputes dragged on, and I saw safety and sanitation issues (falls not reported, odors, pests, sewage/urine problems, rude nurses). Great people trying hard, but systemic staffing and leadership failures mean I would be very cautious about moving a loved one here.
