    Beautiful facility caring staff concerns

I moved my mother here and I love the brand-new, bright, hotel-like building - immaculate, lots of amenities (theater, salon, game/arts room, large dining, covered patio, outdoor walks) and meals that were better than I expected. The front-line caregivers were genuinely caring and knowledgeable and the memory-care unit felt secure though still being organized. My concern is inconsistent administration and communication: personnel changes, early miscommunications, understaffing and troubling reports of sanitation/bed-bug and resident mistreatment. Overall a beautiful, activity-filled place with excellent bedside staff, but weigh management/cleanliness issues and it's not right for someone who needs a one-level, smaller setting.
