    Compassionate, responsive care; highly recommended

I placed my mom here and have been very pleased. The staff and administration are compassionate, responsive, and treat residents like family - they communicate well, respond quickly to requests, and provided real peace of mind and improved health. The home is clean and well-kept, meals are good with diet accommodations, and there are plentiful activities, outings, on-site therapy and transportation. A few apartments feel dated and there's occasional staff turnover/pet-policy limits, but overall I highly recommend this caring, well-run community.

    About The Willows of Easley

The Willows of Easley sits in a quiet, country-like setting behind a hospital, where you'll find green lawns, outdoor seating areas, and cozy interiors. The community has independent living, assisted living, memory care, adult day care, nursing care, and respite stays, which lets adults get support as their health needs change. Residents pick from studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartments, each one coming with private bathrooms, kitchenettes, all utilities included, internet, cable TV, and an emergency call system, and some apartments have patios or balconies as well. There's a full-time staff on hand, including nurses and trained caregivers, to help with daily activities, medication management, housekeeping, and laundry, and they'll also help families feel involved and welcome.

Meals come fresh each day with the community's Graceful Dining™ program, served restaurant-style in a big dining room, and snacks are always around. There's a full schedule of activities like Bingo, parlor games, fitness classes, craft workshops, social outings, and religious services, both on and offsite, so residents can make friends and stay busy. The Willows of Easley makes sure housekeeping gets done every week, the linens are changed, and transportation is available for shopping or appointments. Residents can read in the library nook, visit the beautician or barber onsite, relax in the sunroom, or enjoy the grounds. There's a fitness center, game room, and common areas for social time. Those needing more help have assisted living and memory care, with special programs and safety features focused on Alzheimer's or dementia. Short-term respite stays and adult day care give relief to families and some social time to visitors.

Therapy partners offer support with mobility and rehabilitation, and there are health and wellness programs too. Apartments are designed so residents can arrange their space how they like, making things feel homelike but still easy to manage. There's no buy-in fee, just an all-inclusive monthly rate, and the staff can help guide veterans and their families with benefits. The Willows of Easley gives folks 55 and over a way to live more simply, either independently or with extra care, and includes many chances for friendships, outings, and quiet time however each person prefers.
