    Warm caring staff, occasional issues

I placed my mom here and I'm glad I did - the staff are warm, professional and genuinely caring, the building is beautiful and clean, activities are plentiful, and the price/value is excellent. Cynthia and Nurse Rebecca stood out for going above and beyond, and the place really feels like a family. That said, there have been growing pains: high staff/leadership turnover, some understaffing and occasional lapses (meals, response times, even a few safety/organization concerns), so families need to stay engaged. Overall my mom improved, staff treated her kindly, and I still highly recommend Sunflower Springs with that caveat.
